HOW TO ORDER:
- Send me the form
- If accepted, you will get an email back with the image accounts I want
- Send me an email with the logins (username & password) of the image accounts
- You will receive the layout

- Only image accounts are accepted.
- A text link back is required.
- No redistribuition is allowed.
- You can order two times only.
- Take up the layout for at least 2 weeks.
- Free hosting including Freewebs, geocities, etc. are not accepted.
- Only hosted and domain sites are accepted.
- Your site must be online and running.
- Only main site layouts, no gallery or forum layouts.
- Image accounts must be in medium or high quality, preferably untagged.
